How we work
Staff keep training because the stack keeps moving. Integration is heavier than it used to be. We would rather do fewer jobs well than oversell a skill we cannot stand behind.
Remote first, on-site when needed
Most software support is remote: we send a link, you click connect, we work on the machine. On-site and workshop time is reserved for cabling, hardware, printers, POS terminals and anything that will not yield over the wire.
Certified retail training
The retail division installs the system and trains the people who will live in it. Training is scoped to your shop floor, not a generic slideshow. Accounting and POS support stays with the same team.
