These rates include monitoring by our office staff of connectivity and where necessary preventative action is taken to stop our client's staff abusing the Internet cap of the company.
Unfortunately we do not provide uncapped accounts as all our clients always require fast and efficient service and when high contention rates are placed on Internet connections service through put naturally suffers, as the adage goes " you can't have your bread buttered on both sides".
